In 2019, I took on a small project with a cohort of associates who were part of the Capital One Dev Academy (our six month intensive coding training that prepares non-Computer Science majors for careers in software engineering).

We identified that we spend tens of thousands of dollars during each recruiting event to post coding challenges for potential incoming hires through third-party websites.

With the help of our Teach Lead, we designed an entire experience dedicated to listing multiiple coding challenges, showing deliverables, and accepting uploaded challenges into our admin portal for review.
